As a Wildlife Science major with a double minor in Biology and Leadership, Lisa Trapp joined the Hopkins lab in the fall of 2011 and assisted Stephanie Chin with video analysis and data entry of watersnakes.

In January 2012, Lisa started preparing for her senior thesis project looking at nest defense and personality in tree swallows (Tachycineta bicolor) under the mentorship of Michelle Beck. She successfully defended her senior thesis through the FLeDGE program in May 2013.

Lisa is now a graduate of Virginia Tech and plans to attend graduate school. Her interests lie in behavior and physiology especially in birds of prey and nocturnal mammals.
